Most important: The photos must be sharp and should have a high resolution. The better the reference, the better the drawing!

The animal should be visible as big as possible (full format) and should be photographed at its eye level.

The eyes must be clearly visible (colour, reflections…) and no shadows of other things should be seen on the face.

To obtain natural colours, it is good to take the photos outdoors at daylight, in any case without camera flash.

Of course you can send photos shot by a professional photographer, but please give me his / her written permission, that I'm allowed to use his / her photo commercially as reference for a drawing.
